Mail the completed form to the Finnish Kennel Club, Omistajailmoitukset, PL 20, 79101 Leppävirta or send the form as an e-mail attachment scanned and signed to rekisterointi@kennelliitto.fi. Members of the Kennel Club can make the ownership declaration or change of ownership conveniently through the Omakoira service.

Tällä lomakkeella voit tehdä koirallesi omistajailmoituksen tai -muutoksen. Postita huolellisesti täytetty lomake osoitteeseen Suomen Kennelliitto, Omistajailmoitukset, PL 20, 79101 Leppävirta tai lähetä lomake sähköpostin liitetiedostona skannattuna ja allekirjoitettuna osoitteeseen rekisterointi@kennelliitto.fi.
Kennelliiton jäsen tekee omistajailmoituksen tai -muutoksen kätevimmin Omakoira-palvelun kautta.

Med denna blankett kan du göra ägaranmälan eller -ägarbyte på din hund. Fyll i blanketten noggrant och posta den till adressen Finska Kennelklubben, Ägaranmälningar, PB 20, 79101 Leppävirta. Du kan också skanna den ifyllda blanketten och skicka den som bilaga till ett e-postmeddelande till rekisterointi@kennelliitto.fi. Vänligen se till att du undertecknar din anmälan.
Du som är medlem i Finska Kennelklubben gör ägaranmälan eller -byte allra smidigast på Omakoira-tjänsten.
