Dog Shows are popular free-time activities both in Finland and abroad. More than 40 International, National and Nordic Dog Shows as well as more than 200 Group and Specialty Shows are held in Finland every year.

The Finnish Kennel Club works for the health and well-being of dogs both in Finland and on an international scale. DogWellNet contains information collected and produced for the website, links and documents from all over the world on the work done for promoting canine health and well-being. The aim is to create a community of the people working with these issues and benefits from best practices and tools used elsewhere. The Finnish Kennel Club encourages all breed clubs and associations to produce material for the website.
