More than 21,200 dogs of 360 different breeds will take part in next August's FCI World Dog Show 2014, which is being organised by the Finnish Kennel Club. Dogs will be arriving in Finland from 60 different countries to take part in the show. The judging schedule has now been published on the event website. The FCI World Dog Show takes place at Messukeskus, Expo and Convention Centre Helsinki on 8-10 August 2014.

The dogs will be evaluated by 124 judges from 35 different countries. 6,557 dogs will be judged on Friday, 8,151 on Saturday and 6,532 on Sunday. The event will culminate with the selection of the Best in Show dog on Sunday.
Almost as many dogs were entered in the FCI World Dog Show from abroad as from Finland. More than 10,000 dogs from Finland will be taking part. The next-largest group of dogs, more than 4,000, is coming from Russia and almost 2,000 Swedish dogs will also be taking part.

Due to a large entry of dogs rings 93-100 will be outside. Area will be covered with large tents that cover the rings and cage zone.
