The programme of Finland's biggest dog event has now been published. The Koira2014 weekend will offer lots to see and experience for anyone interested in the world of dogs. Among other things, the programme includes exhibitions, dog sport presentations, lectures, information briefings as well as a wealth of ideas to consider if you're thinking about getting a dog or starting a new hobby with your canine companion. Koira2014 will showcase a range of different canine activities. Come and see how much fun is involved in the fast-paced relay race flyball, rally obedience or dobo, a sport that develops the muscles of dogs and handlers alike. All of these and many other canine sports will be on display during the Koira2014 weekend.

The event will also offer programme items for children. The popular toy dog competition lets younger visitors show their soft toy dogs to judges Essi Pöysti and Jussi Mikkola. Children can also take part in face painting during Koira2014.

Two international dog shows will be arranged as part of the event, providing an opportunity to see more than 300 different dog breeds in the rings. Some breeds will also have their own presentation points at the event's breed plaza. The Finnish Kennel Club's Hau Life! stand will answer visitors with further questions about breeds and other canine issues.
